1. Green Smoothie

Apple (medium), chopped 1 no.

Cucumber (small), chopped cup

Cashews (soaked) 8 pieces

Celery, chopped 1 tablespoon

ginger, chopped tsp

Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Spinach, chopped cup

a handful of mint leaves

Moringa Leaves Cup

black, chopped cup

ice cold water cup


1. In a mixer grinder, add apple, cucumber, cashew nuts, celery, ginger, lemon juice and ice cold water. Gather it and blend it until smooth.

2. Once it is mixed add all the leaves with ice cold water. Mix it well and make a smoothie. You can spike green smoothies or serve them as is.

3. Quick Tip – Make sure all the ingredients are cold and once the green smoothie is made, serve it immediately.

2. Banana Smoothie

1 ripe banana

1 cup low fat curd

cup low fat milk

a pinch of cardamom powder

2 tbsp honey

cup walnut kernels + for decoration


1. Peel and cut the banana.

2. Blend the banana with curd, milk, honey, walnuts and cardamom powder until smooth.

3. Garnish with walnuts and serve immediately.

2 cups cooled, peeled and roughly chopped apples

8 seedless and chopped black dates (kala khajur)

cup cold whipped curd

cup ice cubes


1. Combine apples, dates, curd and ice cubes and blend in a juicer until the mixture becomes smooth and frothy.

2. Pour equal amounts of smoothie into 2 separate glasses.

3. Serve immediately.

2 medium avocados

20-30 small spinach leaves

4 bananas, peeled and frozen

3 tbsp boiled and peeled pistachios

2 cups milk

2 kiwis, peeled

banana pieces for decoration

orange segments for garnish

fresh pomegranate seeds for sprinkling

edible flowers for decoration

chopped almonds for decoration

desiccated coconut for sprinkling


1. Remove the seeds from the avocado and take out its pulp. Transfer to a blender jar.

2. Add baby spinach leaves, bananas, pistachios, milk and make a smooth puree.

3. Transfer to a serving bowl. Arrange kiwi, banana pieces and orange slices on top.

4. Sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top.

5. Decorate with edible flowers and halved almonds.

6. Sprinkle desiccated coconut on top and serve.

5. Papaya Smoothie

2 cups papaya pieces

3/4 cup cold milk

1/2 cup curd

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla essence

12 ice cubes


1. To make papaya smoothie, put all the ingredients in a mixer and blend until smooth.

2. Pour the papaya smoothie into 4 small glasses and serve immediately.
