Optimal NMN dosage? Indian trial says 600 mg per day boosted NAD+ levels and physical performance

According to the findings of a 60-day trial in India, the optimal dosage of NMN to increase the body’s nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) levels and physical performance is 600 mg per day.

The trial compared the effects of NMN supplementation at 300 mg, 600 mg, 900 mg daily compared to placebo.

It was found that blood NAD+ concentration was significantly increased in all groups taking NMN. However, NAD+ levels were highest in those who took 600mg or 900mg of NMN.
